Q2 . Can you customize the item for us, and put my own logo on the product?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Regarding the logo, for any item, if the quantity over 300pcs, we can put your own logo on the products.
Q3. Can I buy 1 or 2 pieces of samples for testing before bulk order?
Yes, of course. we are pleasure to supply the samples for the quality and performance. test. We are full of confidence that you will be satisfied once you get it. Meanwhile, we will take the sample charge from you, but we will return the sample charge back to you when you place the bulk order.
Q4. What if I haven’t done the import before, how can I buy the product from you?
You only need to pick up the items you need. We have the cooperated shipping agent to help you to do the shipping and custom clearance, and then the goods could be delivered to your warehouse directly. You don’t need to do anything.
Q5. What about delivery date?
If we have free stocks of the item you need, it can be sent within 1 week after receiving. deposit or 100% payment into our bank account.
If we don't have free stock, the delivery date can be different for different products. Generally speaking, it will take 30-35 days.
Q6. What is the after-sale service proposal?
We maintain our products for its life time for the spare parts from overseas service. For the first year, we could supply the free parts. After the one year warranty, you will pay some money on the spare parts.
